Appointed to the general management in 2012 following his father, Cédric Batteur led the operational management of the Group by accelerating its growth in pharmacy and its international expansion. During his mandate, the Group significantly modernized its industrial park and carried out numerous external growth operations with the acquisition of brands and companies such as Loubsol, Cosmésoap, Cinq Mondes, and very recently Grimberg laboratories.

- The Family Health division, which brings together the brands of Laboratoires Gilbert and Laboratoires Grimberg.
- The Cosmetics & Hygiene division, which includes the Group’s cosmetic brands as well as its shaping activity.
- The Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) Pharmaceuticals division, which brings together OTC manufacturing activities.
This organization and these appointments took effect on 1 April.
