The textures are carefully crafted and refined to ensure the most positive sensory evaluation possible. All necessary market-entry tests are conducted, along with efficacy tests to support your marketing content. We are continuously innovating and regularly expanding our portfolio of turnkey formulas to better meet your expectations.
Our regulatory team dedicated to cosmetic contract manufacturing has a deep understanding of regulations across major geographical regions (China, ASEAN, MERCOSUR, UEMOA, GCC). They guide and advise you on the market launch of your products. Our regulatory officers ensure continuous monitoring and anticipate future regulatory changes. Gilbert can assist you in creating your designs and drafting your claims, as well as in your administrative processes for marketing your product in France and/or internationally. Upon request, we can prepare your Cosmetic Product Information File (CPIF), safety evaluation, and European notification on the CPN, in compliance with European Regulation 1223/2009/EC.
This step is the first move towards the industrialization of your project. For the production of bulk products (lotion, cream, foaming products, liniment, milk, etc.), we offer great flexibility in terms of volume (from 100 L tanks to 5 tons), allowing us to support small, medium, and large batches. Our expertise in solid soap manufacturing and our industrial equipment enable us to meet a variety of demands (molded soap, syndet, poured soap, etc.). Our quality system, compliant with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) according to ISO 22716 standards, controls and secures each stage of your product’s creation: raw material reception, bulk production, and packaging.
Our cosmetic packaging units are equipped with lines capable of handling all types of formulations, packaging, and batch sizes: bottles from 10 ml to 1 liter with pumps, lip balm sticks, jars from 15 ml to 250 ml, buckets, 5 L canisters, tubes from 3 ml to 300 ml in plastic or aluminum, roll-ons, labeling, screwing, and sealing. Manual or automatic case packaging, box sets, sleeving, cartoning, heat sealing, cellophane wrapping, and X-folding. We have a silk-screen printing workshop capable of working with multiple materials (plastic, aluminum, glass, etc.). Our equipment and processes allow us to offer optimal printing quality (silk-screen printing up to 4 colors, hot stamping, etc.).
