Soap manufacturing – Liquids and solids for your brand

13,000 m² are dedicated to the manufacture of solid and liquid soap, at the heart of our Normandy soap factory, which is authorised to manufacture conventional or ECOCERT-certified products.

With 50 years of know-how and extensive knowledge of all transformation processes, we will guide you in your project step by step, ensuring quality, traceability and responsiveness.

We offer a wide choice of shapes and sizes, with around a hundred moulds available – from the most standard (round, oval, square, rectangular) to the most original (heart shape, etc.) – from 20 g to 250 g, and provide a high degree of finesse in the engraving of your choice.

Foams – Pastes – Oils – Lotions

We create, develop and manufacture a wide range of textures and galenic formulations, from standard to the most innovative. All formulations can be packaged in tubes, bottles, jars or doypacks.

Liniments

As a manufacturer of conventional or certified organic liniment under your brand name, we have been benefiting for several years from R&D know-how and a specific liniment manufacturing process based on lime water and olive oil.
Being a liniment manufacturer requires special R&D know-how and knowledge, as well as mastery of industrial transposition and a highly specific manufacturing process.
We’ve made this one of our specialities, and we’ll be with you every step of the way as you develop your project.

Clays, Salt, Powder

Our industrial equipment also enables us to manufacture more unusual galenic formulations and products, such as clay- and mud-based formulas (SPA), scented bath salts and powders (talcum powder, etc.).

Aromatherapy

For many years now, aromatherapy has been recognised as an alternative and complementary medicine by the World Health Organisation, and has even been used in hospitals. At present, there are no specific European regulations governing essential oils.
Today, these products can be regulated as food supplements or dangerous mixtures. So it’s only natural that our customers should call on our expertise in natural health.
